The re-sawn pieces of wood are moulded to the required specifications of the ISO 9002 quality assurance program.

An operator checks the dimensions at regular intervals during production to ensure the product's compliance with the specified dimensions.

This guarantees the consumer will receive identical mouldings no matter which production line they come from. An additional and final visual inspection is carried out when the wood leaves the moulding machine.
