Chair rails
Always install the moulding with the bump or convex part on top and the concave part on the bottom.
Chair rails should be installed at a height of 36 to 42 inches from the floor.
Take the correct measurements.
Cut the mouldings.
Use a level to trace a line at the height you want to position the chair rail.
Place the bottom of the chair rail along the line and nail in place.
